In our bible study we have been asked to come up with food plan. I believe I am going to try Lysa's plan that she describes in her book. I am doing away with sugar, bread, things high in carbs. I will be doing good carbs vs bad carbs. I will eat more fruit and vegetables. My verse I am concentrating on is
Psalm 73:26 My Flesh and my heart may fail but GOD is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
